Become a ShelterBox Advocate

 

As a ShelterBox Canada Advocate you support ShelterBox by sharing our recent news and updates from the field. We need volunteers who will help us raise awareness across various social media platforms. Advocates are very important for getting our message out so that we can reach the most people from coast-to-coast.

We are looking for people who have an enthusiasm for spreading the word about ShelterBox by liking, sharing, commenting and otherwise engaging with our online content to let algorithms know that people care about our content!

 

Volunteering with ShelterBox is one of the most rewarding things I have ever done, as it makes me feels like I am a part of something larger. I think it is very energizing and emotionally rewarding.

  • Like, comment, and engage with our social media posts
  • Activate in times of disaster – when major disasters strike families need our help more than ever – we need you to share urgent updates about our current response to raise awareness
