Pre-positioning aid saves lives. We can’t predict disasters, but with your support, we can be ready to respond and provide displaced families with the life-saving aid they need right when they need it most.

When disaster strikes, families lose their homes, possessions and livelihoods.

We have helped hundreds of thousands of people recover after losing their homes to disasters. But our warehouses are now empty, and we need to restock them.

Meet Rakhi, a junior doctor, who used her lockdown paintings to raise money for ShelterBox.

After busy and challenging shifts, she picks up her easel and paints her worries away.

Rakhi posts her artwork on Instagram and sells prints and originals for donations.

She has now raised over $1,000 for ShelterBox and has rekindled her passion for painting, something she hasn’t had the time to do in years.

ShelterBox has been project partners with Rotary International since 2012. By working together with Rotary, we are able to collaborate and combine resources to ensure that we can support more communities in desperate need of shelter. Read more about our partnership here.
