On September 28th a 7.5 earthquake hit Indonesia and triggered a massive tsunami, bringing 20ft waves that wiped out parts of the island. As of October 8th, 1,948 people have lost their lives. A further 10,679 are injured while over 800 people are still missing beneath the rubble. ShelterBox Response Teams are monitoring the situation and assessing our ability to send aid by communicating with local governments and Rotary colleagues. Families need your help to recover today.

Response teams are still assessing the needs in the Philippines after Super Typhoon Mangkhut struck on September 15th. Sustained windspeeds of 210 km/h, gusting 285 km/h, and heavy rain triggering flooding and landslides have left families with nothing. Teams are on the ground to deliver the right aid to the most vulnerable families. Aid is en route to those who need it most, and you can help ensure no familiy is left without shelter today.
